Sobyanin praised the development of the My Documents centers

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin instructed to continue work on improving the quality and reducing the time required to provide state and municipal services in the capital. He made this decision after reviewing the report on the development of the network of public service centers "My Documents" at the Presidium of the government. mos.ru .

In his messenger channel, MACH Sobyanin noted that the Moscow "My Documents" centers had replaced more than 1.2 thousand "reception offices of various authorities" in 14 years of operation. Currently, 139 public service centers have been opened in the capital, including eight district flagship offices and the palace at VDNH.

"Services are constantly evolving. So, seeing the residents' request, public service centers began to teach citizens digital literacy," Sobyanin said. He added that the number of topics for video consultations with office staff is increasing.

More than 10,000 specialists work in the Moscow offices of My Documents. Every day they help residents of the capital to receive over 300 public services.
