The epidemiological situation on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory remains stable. The sea and beaches are safe for others, the press service of the regional Rospotrebnadzor reported on Friday, August 22.
The agency's specialists carry out daily monitoring of the safety of environmental indicators. In particular, they evaluate seawater, coastal pebbles and sand.
To date, more than 30,000 studies have been conducted, including on petroleum products. All samples comply with established sanitary standards, writes KrasnodarMedia news agency.
No deviations or violations were found on the beaches of Sochi, Gelendzhik, Tuapse and Novorossiysk. Recreation and recreation facilities are operating normally. All of them have received the necessary work permits.
Earlier in August, the expert said that pebble and sandy beaches differ in terms of the risk of infection and the spread of bacterial and fungal infections. Pebbles are considered safer.
