Production of trucks based in St. Petersburg will be established by the end of 2025

During the tests, trucks with rated loads and overloads are checked, cross-country performance on wet and loose ground is assessed, emergency situations are created, including failure of individual components, and the maintainability of structures in the field is analyzed.

Earlier, on August 13, it was reported that for the first time in Russia, autonomous transport traveled from St. Petersburg to Kazan. The unmanned truck covered 1.6 thousand km in 24 hours. A standard flight takes 2.5 times longer. The route passed along the M-11 Neva, TSKAD and M-12 Vostok highways. Autonomous driving technology has been developed based on artificial intelligence.
