As a result of the strike of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the village of Khinel in the Sevsky district of the Bryansk region, two people were injured. This was announced on August 21 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, in the Telegram channel.

"Unfortunately, two civilians were injured as a result of a targeted strike by Ukrainian FPV drones on a civilian car," he said.
