Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday, August 21, that he had arrived in the Gaza Strip to approve the operation to capture Gaza City and defeat the Palestinian Hamas movement. His words are quoted by the Ynet agency in the Telegram channel.

"Today I arrived in the Gaza Strip to confirm the plans presented to me by the Israel Defense Forces to take control of Gaza City and defeat Hamas," he said.
