Yemeni Houthis from the Ansar Allah movement attacked two ships in the Red Sea this week, which violated the ban on working with Israeli ports. This was announced on August 21 by rebel leader Abdel Malek al-Houthi.
"This week <... Two operations were conducted in the northern part of the Red Sea to capture two vessels that violated the embargo," al-Houthi said, his words are quoted on the movement's website.
In his address, the leader of Ansar Allah did not specify which ships were attacked. However, he added that 42 operations were carried out during the month, some of which included the use of hypersonic missiles and drones.
On August 17, Ansar Allah military spokesman Yahya Sariah reported that the Yemeni Houthis launched a missile attack on Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. According to him, the strike was carried out using the Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile.
