In the Murmansk region, a foreign car rammed into a tree on the Lovozero—Olenegorsk highway. One person died.

The accident occurred on the evening of August 20th. According to the Bi-port news agency, the driver of a Ford Mondeo lost control and drove into a ditch, causing the car to crash into a tree.

Three people were injured. Young people aged 16 and 17 were taken to the hospital. The 24-year-old victim died in an ambulance. The traffic police clarified that the driver of the foreign car had consumed alcohol, the fact of intoxication was confirmed by the examination procedure.

In the Kursk region, Mazda and VAZ-2115 cars collided on the M-2 "Crimea" highway. As a result of the accident, the driver and passenger of a domestic passenger car were killed.
