Restoration of the Bakhchisarai Khan's Palace in Crimea is coming to an end

In Crimea, the restoration of the Khan's Palace in Bakhchisarai is nearing completion. Half of the 16 facilities are already ready. Four more facilities are under acceptance.

According to Yuri Gotsanyuk, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic, quoted by SevastopolMedia news agency, the roof and facades of the main building are currently being reconstructed, the painting colors are being strengthened, and the chimneys are being recreated.

The restoration of windows and doors and the strengthening of the foundation are continuing in the Grafsky Building. At the Khan's kitchen, specialists are putting the wall in order and installing the rafters.

Experts check the quality of the work carried out in the sauna "Sary Guzel", as well as in the "Stable building", "Library" and "Sokolinaya Tower".

Emergency management and restoration work at 14 sites of the historical, cultural and archaeological museum-reserve "Khan's Palace" in Bakhchisarai was planned to be completed by the end of 2022.
