Three schoolchildren from Podolsk near Moscow received $350 for setting fire to equipment on the railway on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. This was reported on August 21 by TASS with reference to the case file.
"Bank cash receipts to the accounts of the defendants confirm that the three defendants received a total amount of $350 for setting fire to a switchboard heating cabinet and damaging a complex transformer substation," the publication says.
