The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg ruled on the case of discrediting the Armed Forces of Russia and fined Lyudmila Telen, First Deputy executive director of the Yeltsin Center, 45 thousand rubles. "Today, following the results of the trial, the court came to the conclusion that L.Telen's guilt was proven. By a decision of the Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, she was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation")," reads a statement posted on the Telegram channel.
