On August 23, Polina Medelyanovskaya, Director of Key Account Relations and Partner at Kalinka Ecosystem, told Izvestia about the most popular of them.

According to the expert, buyers often forget that liquid lots are quickly washed out of the market. Postponing the purchase if you like the apartment in the hope of finding something better can be a serious mistake.

"Some buyers go on a long search or go on vacation, believing that apartments on large budgets are slow to sell. And then it's a shame to find out that the desired option was missed and acquired by someone faster and more determined," said Polina Medelyanovskaya, Director of Key Account Relations, partner at Kalinka Ecosystem.

According to her, if you like the apartment and it fits all the parameters, it is better to make a small, even a symbolic deposit, which will not be terrible to lose if a better option suddenly turns up.

The second mistake of buyers is to strongly praise the apartment they like in the presence of the owner. Every seller wants to sell at a higher price, and if there is an enthusiastic reaction to his object, he will refuse to make a discount.

Another mistake is not to check the surroundings of the house. Even the most beautiful apartment complex and apartment lose value due to the neighboring houses and the area. For example, outdated Khrushchevki can worsen the view from the window and the general surroundings, reducing the class and level of the object.

In addition, a similar miscalculation is not to take into account the convenience of access to the centers of their vital interests. No one wants to waste valuable time in traffic jams.
