The Ministry of Health of the Gaza Strip reported more than 50 deaths in the enclave in a day.

More than 50 people were killed and 185 injured as a result of Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip. This was announced on August 20 by the Ministry of Health of the enclave.

"Over the past 24 hours, 58 dead (including two recovered) and 185 wounded have been admitted to hospitals in the Gaza Strip," the department's Telegram channel noted.

It is noted that some of the victims still remain under the rubble, emergency services are trying to reach them. In addition, over the past 24 hours, 22 people have died of starvation in the enclave.
