A bill on mandatory bonuses for loyal employees has been submitted to the State Duma.

On August 20, a bill was submitted to the State Duma on a mandatory salary bonus for people who have worked in one place for more than five years.

"The bill proposes to oblige employers to provide bonuses to persons who have worked for the company for 5 years or more in the amount of average monthly earnings," the text of the explanatory note to the bill says.
