Two sites in the Filyovsky Park area will be reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the MACH messenger.

Public and business facilities will be built in place of outdated buildings in Beregovoy Passage, the mayor said. According to him, this will create 3.7 thousand jobs. New roads will also be built in the area and the surrounding area will be landscaped.

Sobyanin noted that 131 integrated territorial development projects are currently being implemented in Moscow. In total, about 348,000 jobs will be created.

Among them are warehouse bases, administrative buildings, boiler houses and sewage treatment plants.
