Vadim Shamarin, the convicted former head of the Main Communications Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and stripped of the rank of Lieutenant General, testified against Major General Alexander Ogloblin, ex-head of the Communications Planning Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as part of the second criminal case. "As part of the criminal case against the accused Ogloblin, the convicted Shamarin was questioned as a witness," the agency said.
