A suspect in the organization of jipping was arrested in the Adler district of Sochi. This was announced on August 19 by the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory in the Telegram channel of the department.

A 21-year-old man has been detained until October 17, 2025. He is suspected of providing transportation services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers (paragraphs "a" and paragraph "b" of part 2 of art. 238 of the Criminal Code).
