Beaches have been shortened in Stavropol
The opening hours of the beaches were reduced on Komsomolsky Pond in Stavropol. Now they are open for swimming and sunbathing from 8:00 to 19:00, and the northern section — from 06.00 to 19.00, the press service of the mayor's office reports.
Komsomolsky Pond is the only body of water in the regional capital where swimming is allowed. The reservoir will be open until August 31.
According to the StavropolMedia news agency, in two summer months, rescuers worked on more than 320 incidents, 125 times provided first aid.
27 vacationers violated the rules of behavior on the water, 16 citizens drank alcohol, and more than 30 people were handed over to the police in a state of intoxication, 67 children were unaccompanied by their parents on the beach.
