iCaur clarified the timing of the V27 SUV's debut in Russia

The iCaur V27 hybrid SUV will appear on the Russian market in the first half of 2026, and it will become the brand's first model in Russia. This is stated in the message of the Chinese manufacturer, which was received by Izvestia on August 19.

iCaur also shared details about the operation of the sequential hybrid powertrain (REEV) of the new SUV. It is claimed that the design ensures efficient operation in the temperature range from -35°C to +60°C.

The company's representatives noted that in snowy cities, consumers appreciate the quick response and quiet operation of the electric drive, whereas when traveling long distances, the ability to quickly refuel becomes key factors.

The iCaur V27 has a gasoline internal combustion engine that acts as a generator and power reserve booster, while the electric unit is responsible for movement.

The iCar V27 was first unveiled on August 5. This SUV became the first hybrid of a brand that previously offered only pure electric vehicles. As previously reported, the model will be available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions. In the latter case, the maximum output of the hybrid will be 455 hp. According to preliminary data, the battery charge will be enough for 200 km of mileage. As part of the adaptation for the Russian market, the suspension has been strengthened and thermoregulation has been improved.
