Lavrov pointed to Europe's disinterest in Russia's security
None of the European leaders has yet spoken about the issue of Russia's security. This was stated on August 19 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel.
"When these delegates said in Washington that it was imperative to start by developing guarantees for Ukraine's security, but at the same time, guarantees for Europe's security, Starmer, the British prime minister, and many others spoke about this, no one ever mentioned Russia's security," he said.
According to Lavrov, there is a sense of arrogance in Europe's approaches to Ukrainian regulation.
