Finexpert spoke about pension allowances for certain categories in September

Starting from September 1, several categories of citizens will receive a pension supplement. Financial expert Tatiana Volkova told about this on August 19.

"Pensioners who stopped working in August — now their payments will be calculated taking into account all missed indexations. Those who turned 80 in August will receive a doubled fixed part of the insurance pension (in 2025 it will be 17,815 instead of 8,907 rubles)," she said in an interview "Газете.Ru ".

At the same time, the disabled of group I will receive a double fixed part of the pension. If there are dependents, there will be an additional payment of 2,969 rubles for each disabled family member.

As the expert noted, no applications need to be submitted for recalculation, as they are made automatically. According to Volkova, even with pension allowances, people do not have enough money to cover all expenses. This is especially felt with illnesses, rising prices, and the desire to afford something more than the "minimum set."
