- In Kamchatka, a case was opened against two Russians for hiding a residence permit in another country.
A criminal case has been opened in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky against two Russians who did not report on obtaining a residence permit (residence permit) in another country. This was reported on August 19 in the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kamchatka Territory.
"Criminal cases have been initiated against two citizens of the Russian Federation who are suspected of failing to inform about the presence of a residence permit of a foreign state (Article 330.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the department's Telegram channel says.
Previously, in 2013, a 66-year-old woman and in 2015, a 76-year-old man, while in another country, received documents confirming their right to permanent residence in a foreign country. They didn't notify about it until June of this year.
At the moment, all the circumstances of the crime are being established.
Earlier, on August 5, about 300 people were detained for violating migration laws in Moscow. The arrests were carried out as part of a preventive raid with the participation of the Russian Guard. The officers took the suspected violators to the police station.
