The first police officers arrived at Crocus City Hall within six minutes of the start of the terrorist attack. This is stated in the materials of the criminal case, which were published by TASS on Tuesday, August 19.

"According to the information of the duty officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Krasnogorsk, the police crews arrived in the following sequence: at 20:05 [Moscow time], a foot patrol squad consisting of two officers arrived. At 20:10 [Moscow time], a detachment of a separate company of police officers consisting of 20 employees arrived," the document says.

Police units continued to arrive later. Meanwhile, the video recording indicates that the attack on civilians began at 19:59 Moscow time: it was then that the criminals fired the first shot.

"At about 20:13 [Moscow time], four attackers left through entrance No. 14, got into a white car with a black roof and disappeared. According to the video recordings, it was established that the attack took place in about 13-14 minutes," the publication says.

The participants in the trial reported on August 15 that the verdict in the case of the terrorist act in Crocus City Hall could be announced before the new year. It was clarified that three meetings are held on this case "almost without delay" every week. The trial of the defendants began on August 4, and it is taking place behind closed doors.

The terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall was staged by terrorists on March 22, 2024. The official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Svetlana Petrenko, reported on June 23 that 149 people died as a result of the tragedy, one was missing, and another 609 were injured.
