The hospital roof caught fire as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Volgograd region. The regional administration announced this on August 18.

"In the south of the city of Volgograd, as a result of falling UAV debris, the roof of the building of one of the buildings of hospital No. 16 and on the territory of the refinery caught fire. Firefighters are working on site to localize and extinguish fires," the agency quoted the Governor of the Volgograd Region, Andrei Bocharov, as saying.
