US President Donald Trump interrupted talks with representatives of European countries at the White House for a call to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the Bild newspaper on August 18.

"Trump interrupted negotiations with the Europeans for a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin," the publication says.
