The meeting between Trump and Zelensky will take place at 20:15 Moscow time on August 18 in Washington. The presidents of the United States and Ukraine will discuss a peace treaty with Russia. After that, Trump will hold a meeting with the heads of European states.

On the same day, the American leader announced that Zelensky could immediately end the Ukrainian conflict if he renounced his claims to Crimea and his intention to gain membership in the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO).
