Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, told which days are expected to be the rainiest in Moscow this week.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Monday, August 18, he said that heavy rains are not expected in the next two days. According to his forecast, heavy precipitation will come only on Thursday, when, together with the cold front, the temperature will drop from +19...+21 to +17 degrees.

Local short-term rains are also possible. The specialist noted that prolonged and heavy precipitation is expected on Thursday and Friday, while temperatures will decrease, clouds will increase and thunderstorms are possible in the second half of the week.
