In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a temporary restriction was imposed on the sale of AI-95 gasoline. The AI-92 and AI-100 brands are sold without restrictions.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, with reference to the Telegram channel of the regional Ministry of Economic Development, the reason for the lack of gasoline at the filling stations of PJSC "Neftemarket" in the region is the increased flow of goods on the Trans-Baikal railway, delays in shipment from refineries.

All this led to difficulties with the delivery of tank wagons to the filling station of PJSC "Neftemarket". Measures are currently being taken to fix the problem.

Earlier, on August 14, it was reported that the total ban on gasoline exports from Russia was extended for a month — until the end of September. And the missing volumes of fuel for the domestic market will be purchased from Belarusian producers. Such decisions were made at a government meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. Experts note that in the next one and a half to two months there may be a shortage of gasoline in the country, as the first deliveries from Belarus will not begin until autumn.
