A woman died as a result of an attack by an APU drone in the Kherson region.

In the Kherson region, a woman was killed as a result of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo, wrote about this on his Telegram channel on August 18.

"In the Alyoshka district, a Ukrainian kamikaze drone attacked a private apartment building in the village of Brilevka. A woman born in 1949 died. The facades, roofs and glazing of two houses were damaged," he said.

Due to the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Radensk, a passenger car was damaged. No injuries were found.

In Kakhovka, a house and three buildings caught fire due to a falling shell. The fire was extinguished. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.

In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at Alyoshki, Dneprany, Golaya Marina, Novaya Kakhovka, and Staraya Zburyevka.

Earlier, on August 17, the governor of the Belgorod region reported that four people were injured as a result of an attack by an APU drone on a commercial facility. According to him, all the injured received medical assistance.
