From August 17 to 27, as part of the Moscow International Film Week, the first Moscow cinema track with a large screen built into the body begins running in the city, thanks to which films can be shown not only at night, but also during the day. He arrives in iconic urban spaces and unfolds into a full-fledged street cinema location.
Within 11 days, the project will cover more than 10 urban sites and residential complexes of the capital, including Krasnaya Presnya Park, Gorky Park, Ostankino and Kuskovo State Museum of Fine Arts (Kuskovo Manor), Moskino Film Park, N'ICE LOFT business class complex, Pervy Nagatinsky Residential Complex, Food Hall Park, Three Food Mall railway station. Depot" and others. The cinema track will stop on different days at the new venues — on some dates, two stops are planned at once, in the morning and in the evening. The first stop will take place on August 17 in Gorky Park, where the screening of the family blockbuster "Palm 2" will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the time-tested classic "Moscow does not believe in Tears."
The repertoire will include more than 30 paintings from Russia, Italy, France, the USA, Germany, Serbia and other countries. The audience will see the cult hits of cinema: "Jeanne Dubarry", "Dracula", "One hundred years ahead", "The Serf", "World Champion", "Moscow does not believe in tears", "Legend No. 17" and others.
On August 26, Russia's first open charity auction of the film review will be held at Patriarch's Ponds. More than 10 lots from the most popular Russian films and TV series will be put up for auction, including the films "Ice", "Magomayev" and the series "Unscrupulous".
For the first time, such an auction will be held in an open format — both movie stars, Muscovites and guests of the capital will be able to participate in it, and all proceeds will be sent to a charitable foundation.
The Moscow International Film Week will become a center of attraction for viewers and film industry professionals. This year, representatives from more than 20 countries will take part in the business program. An extensive cultural program has been prepared for the citizens: street screenings, meetings with directors and actors, aftograph sessions, as well as special events at the venues of the Moskino cinema chain and parks.
