Dmitriev reported the highest percentage of happy Russians in decades.

Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said on August 18 that the level of life satisfaction among Russians has reached its highest level in the last 32 years.

"According to the independent opposition sociological center, the percentage of Russians who are satisfied with their lives has reached the highest level in 57% in the entire history of observations (over the past 32 years)," he wrote on the social network X (ex.Twitter).
