Europe and the UK should not interfere with achieving peace in Ukraine. This was announced on August 17 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

"European and British <...> the saboteurs are in a state of complete panic. They should not stand in the way of peace," he wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
