Rubio ruled out pressure on Ukraine to resolve territorial issues

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on August 17 that the issue of the future of Ukraine's territories cannot be resolved under external pressure.

"Well, look, in the end, Ukrainians are not ready for this (territories. — Ed.) to refuse, and no one is forcing Ukraine to give it back. <...> And we are not going to push them to make such concessions," he said on NBC News.
