There is a place for heroism not only on the front line. In the Luhansk People's Republic, police officers who rescued wounded soldiers after being hit by a Ukrainian drone were presented with state awards. And although technically it happened in the rear, every step there is just as dangerous. In addition to direct duties, you have to look for saboteurs and enemy caches of weapons, and sometimes even repel enemy air attacks.

An enemy drone overtook Russian military personnel while on the move. The military car burned to the ground in a matter of minutes. The fighters themselves managed to leave the salon, but were seriously injured.

Police officers from the Rubezhansky department, volunteers from the regions of Russia, rushed to help the soldiers. Among them, Arzulum Murtazaliev is a combat veteran with several business trips under his belt. And Bayrta Shraeva from Kalmykia. At the time of the evacuation, they also came under repeated attack by UAVs, but did not stop helping.

"I look, and he's white, white. And his gray eyes, so round, I always remember it and even fall asleep. He was looking at me and trying to tell me something. And I was stunned. I was screaming.: "Polyana, don't sleep, talk to me, we'll get there now. You and I are already blood brothers," says Bayrta Shraeva, senior investigator of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs "Rubezhansky".

For this episode, the LNR police officers were presented with state awards. The camera clearly captures the aerial threat. The soldiers of the special regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the military are trying together to destroy the drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but it is too high. And then our air defense takes the floor. The drone is shot down and plummets somewhere into the forest, where the police are already finding its remains and finally neutralizing it.

This job requires skill. Therefore, most of the local police are experienced guys who have been fighting in Donbas for a decade.

"These are people, first of all, who have more military training. They have everything clearly built. They know how to talk to people and communicate with subordinates. That is, they have a wide range of possibilities," said Pavel Pestov, Deputy head of the Main Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.

These are all the everyday life of the Interior Ministry staff in the Luhansk People's Republic in the liberated territories. With the search for endless caches of weapons, the fight against crime, the detention of Ukrainian agents and just helping ordinary people in their everyday problems. In conditions of a close front. A service that is really as dangerous and difficult as possible.

On August 8, the Ministry of Defense reported that during combat duty, Sergeant Alexander Sinkin promptly evacuated a wounded colleague to a safe place. The soldier was presented with a state award for his professionalism and courage in fulfilling his duty.

On August 6, it became known that Private Alexander Tokmakov, who is in the position of a tank platoon driver, completed the task of defending camouflaged vehicles in a position as part of a security group. At the firing position, he discovered the enemy's FPV drones approaching, after which he took up an advantageous position and opened fire on them. In a few hours of defense from Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the soldier shot down more than 10 aerial targets.
