The Ministry of Defense of Belarus called the situation at the country's air borders difficult

The situation in the airspace on the borders of Belarus is difficult due to the actions of NATO. This was announced on August 17 by the Chief of Staff of the Aviation Department, the first deputy chief of Aviation of the country, Andrei Rachkov.

"The situation is very difficult. NATO countries use the entire arsenal of reconnaissance aircraft," TASS quoted him as saying.

Rachkov clarified that there is also a tense situation along the state border of Belarus.

"Flights of light-engine aircraft, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles are noted. I think they're analyzing the situation on our territory. They are concerned about our level of combat training," he concluded.
