The head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Dmitriev announced panic among Ukraine's European allies

European supporters of the Kiev regime are now in a panic over the upcoming meeting between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and American leader Donald Trump. This was announced on August 17 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
