"In 2025, people no longer consider a salary of one million rubles a month to be something extraordinary. Moreover, <...> there are professions in which 3 million is not the limit. According to the businessman, jobs in logistics and procurement are most often in demand, as well as specialization in risk and strategy, whose popularity is growing rapidly due to the market situation. The chemical and gold mining industries are also popular.

"In these fields of work, salaries can reach one million and above. For comparison, the income of the CEOs of large factories barely exceeds a million rubles. Whereas HR directors with salaries starting from one million are no longer uncommon, but a reality," Bykhanov added.

According to an expert on the labor market, in order to earn from a million rubles a month, it is necessary to get a specialized higher education, and then start a career from the very bottom and systematically move up the career ladder. This level of income is usually reached by the age of 30, more often by 40, and only a few reach it by the age of 50 or 60.

"Meanwhile, the labor market is currently undergoing a new stage of transformation, preparing for the next round of changes or a radical change in priority areas of development," he concluded.
