The owner of the building that caught fire in Moscow told about the contents of the premises

In one of the buildings where the fire occurred in Moscow, a lot of securities and goods with a total value of about 1 billion rubles were stored. The owner of the building told Izvestia about this on August 17.

"All the documentation inside was complete, not only for this object, but also for other real estate objects, all invoices for goods, invoices for delivery, transportation. Everything was inside. <...> There were almost 1 billion rubles worth of goods in the building," the owner shared.

According to her, there was a warehouse on the ground floor of the building, and an office with offices containing expensive computers on the second floor. In addition, the owner noted that the property was only partially insured.

The People's Front announced that civil servants were being forced to fight fire, but the volunteer units did not confirm the information.

The fire occurred on the evening of August 15th. The exact cause of the fire will be determined after a fire technical examination, the Moscow prosecutor's office said. Later, the fire was localized on an area of 600 square meters. m.
