FC Lokomotiv drew with Baltika in the fifth round of the Russian Premier League
On August 16, Moscow football club (FC) Lokomotiv drew 1-1 with Kaliningrad Baltika in the fifth round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL).
It is noted that striker Brian Hill scored a goal in the Kaliningrad team (24th minute). Striker Nikolay Komlichenko scored for Lokomotiv (80th). The meeting took place at the Baltika home arena.
After five rounds, Lokomotiv leads the Russian Championship standings with 13 points, while Baltika is in second place with nine points, Sport-Express adds.
Earlier, on August 9, FC Akhmat defeated Zenit in the RPL match. The game ended with a score of 1:0. It was noted that the score was opened thanks to an own goal by defender of the St. Petersburg team Vanya Drkusic. This is Zenit's first defeat in the entire championship.
