The European leaders of the "coalition of the willing", who are going to meet for regular negotiations, should not forget to bring napkins and sugar spoons to the meeting. This was announced on August 16 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
She noted that according to media reports, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer should contact via video link on Sunday, August 17, to discuss Ukraine.
"Napkins and sugar spoons would not be forgotten," she joked on the Telegram channel.
