The series "Specials" without graphics will tell about real FSB special operations

The new REN TV series "Specials" will tell about the secrets of the work of the Russian special services — real stories and special operations, which are taught to future commandos, are now being reproduced in great detail, and the current security forces are consultants on the set. On August 16, a correspondent of Izvestia told what the actors have to do to make everything work out for real.

"The helicopter is on the pad. No decorations or graphics. The scene of the evacuation of the special forces group is being filmed with documentary accuracy," said correspondent Murad Magomedov.

According to actor Stanislav Weaver, the landscapes in Ingushetia, where the series is filmed, create scenery better than any graphics. Another actor in the film, Ahmed Pogorov, is a former special forces soldier who was invited to star in a movie for the first time. Denis Donskoy, Dmitry Pchela, Mark Ovchinnikov star in the main roles of the series.

The dialogues for the film were written with the participation of current intelligence officers, so that even in the working moments there would be no falsehood. Director Alexander Chernyaev is advised by active special forces soldiers, for example, scenes of an assault, shootings, and surveillance of an object are filmed according to FSB protocols. After the take, the actors fall off their feet, but the audience will see real, not staged fatigue.

"I like nature, I like actors. I like the fact that the guys give their best 100%, sometimes I even feel sorry for them. I can't imagine what it's like for them to be in full combat gear for 12-14 hours," admitted director of photography and co-author of the script Alexander Chernyaev.

"Specials" is the first joint project of the Triix Media film company and the REN TV channel. The main feature of the project is that each episode is a true story. The audience is waiting for dynamic scenes, deep characters and true stories about the work of the special forces of the secret agency.

The second season of the military historical detective "Operation Carpathians" will be released on May 4.

On the first day of filming, on July 24, according to tradition, a plate with the name of the series and the names of the creators was broken. After that, the scene of the capture of one of the militant leaders was filmed. The creators of the project intend to maximize the involvement of actors from local theaters and residents of Ingushetia in filming.
