The publication writes that now the countries of the association are going to talks in Brussels after the meeting of American leader Donald Trump with Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to discuss proposals for a truce in Ukraine.
"The Europeans have not yet decided when they will propose easing sanctions in exchange for a truce," the article says.
