Sobyanin spoke about helping Donetsk prepare for winter

Another 50 emergency recovery teams have been sent from Moscow to its sister city Donetsk to prepare for the winter period. He announced this in his channel at the MAX.

"The teams have various specialists with all the equipment and special equipment for carrying out repair and restoration work," Sobyanin said.

Special attention is paid to preparing for the heating season of social facilities — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and polyclinics, where heat is supplied first.

Ensuring a stable water supply remains one of the urgent tasks. In 2022, a water pipeline with a length of more than five kilometers was laid, providing additional water supply to the city. In addition, dozens of kilometers of emergency pipelines have been repaired.

Currently, 135 vehicles of Moscow municipal services are involved in water delivery.

The capital's brigades have been operating in Donetsk since July 2022. They are engaged in the repair of apartment buildings, and, if necessary, they update heating, water supply and sewerage systems.
