It is premature to discuss the possibility of holding the next summit between Russia and the United States. This was stated on August 15 by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov in an interview with TASS.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump will meet at the Elmendorf-Richardson Air Force Base in Anchorage on August 15 at about 11:30 local time (22:30 Moscow time). The central topic of the presidents' meeting will be the discussion of the conflict in Ukraine. The American leader noted the importance of the upcoming meeting with the Russian side and expressed hope that the meeting would go well.
