On the second day, the Skolkovo Technopark hosts the program of the first International Forum "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future", which has become one of the important events of the forum-festival "Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030" August 7-17, 2025.

The Forum is attended by leading experts, developers, exporters, representatives of business and the scientific community in the field of unmanned aircraft and robotic systems (UAS and BRS) from more than 25 countries, including Belarus, China, India, Chile and Ethiopia.

The business program combines discussions into 6 thematic blocks: "Market", "Technology", "Production", "Infrastructure", "Drones and Society" and "Personnel". During the two days of work, experts will discuss key topics of industry development, including the development of new technologies, building cooperation, establishing mass production, ensuring safety, certification and implementation of robotic systems in the economy, creating the necessary infrastructure and training qualified personnel.

The key tracks of the program were discussions on the need to form a network of research and production centers, the introduction of a national rating for the dronification of regions, the implementation of the concept of a seamless digital sky for the integration of various aerial platforms, and the use of a digital personnel registry. It is expected that an integrated approach to the development of these areas will seriously affect the drone market, create new opportunities for operators and users, and allow the industry to reach a qualitatively new level.

The key event of the first day of the Forum's business program was the plenary session "Economic Diversification: Barriers and Prospects". The participants discussed the tasks of creating a transparent regulatory framework, overcoming barriers to the large-scale implementation of unmanned systems, as well as integrating air, land, water and space platforms into a single digital infrastructure that ensures efficient and safe management of low-altitude airspace. This approach contributes to the development of the innovation ecosystem and the strengthening of international cooperation.

Opening the event, Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, read out an address by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, to the guests of the forum. In his address, the Head of State stressed that now "it is extremely important that the advanced achievements of our design and research teams fully meet the needs of business and quickly progress from experiments and testing to widespread implementation in practice. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the safety of unmanned systems and their protection from illegal use, and to give priority attention to improving relevant legislation. The government is ready to do everything necessary to ensure that the regulatory mechanisms in our country are as effective as possible."

Vladimir Putin also noted the need to develop cooperation and cooperation in the field of unmanned vehicles with reliable partners both on a bilateral basis and in the formats of the Eurasec, BRICS, SCO to create joint ventures, training centers, and infrastructure for the operation of drones.

During the session, the participants noted that the development of unmanned technologies is a key factor in international technological sovereignty and modernization of the Russian economy.

Within the framework of the International Forum "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future", which takes place from August 7 to 17, a unique platform has been created for the comprehensive exchange of best practices and the formation of new partnerships between government agencies, business and the scientific community in the field of UAS and BRS. It serves as a catalyst for the formation of an ecosystem that integrates drones into various industries, from urban logistics to agriculture and construction, while ensuring the development of regulations and standards that promote the innovative development of the industry, taking into account both Russian and international characteristics.

Educational intensive courses, master classes and the Moscow Mayor's Cup International Pilot Championship are taking place within the framework of the Forum. Most of the program was covered by the annual design and educational intensive "Archipelago 2025", which is held within the framework of the forum-festival "Territory of the Future. Moscow-2030". Guests will also be able to visit an exhibition of the latest achievements in the field of unmanned systems and take part in workshops on sports drone management and delivery technologies.
