The authorities of Khanty-Mansiysk named the start date of heating

The heating season in Khanty-Mansiysk will begin on September 1. Maxim Ryashin, the mayor of the city, called such dates in his Telegram.

First, the batteries will be turned on in social facilities. Heat will appear in residential buildings no later than September 10, writes the news agency " <url>".

According to the mayor, preparations for the heating season have reached the final stage. The facilities are more than 90% ready for operation.

66 backup power sources with a total capacity of more than 10 MW are also fully ready for heating. 17 brigades totaling 111 people have been formed to eliminate possible accidents on heating networks.

Earlier, Izvestia wrote that in Russia it was proposed to ban the construction of high-rise buildings in settlements with a shortage of transport, housing and communal services and social infrastructure above 50%. The restriction is planned to be introduced until 2030.
