Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), arrived in Anchorage and gave his first comments on the upcoming meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump in Alaska.

"It is important that the dialogue continues, we hope for a constructive dialogue. There is a lot of misinformation about Russia and, of course, there is an important opportunity to clearly convey Russia's position to the American side," Dmitriev told reporters.
