On September 1, a new order of medical examination for intoxication will begin to operate, which will also affect drivers and will include a number of minor changes. Evgeny Masharov, a member of the commission of the Public Chamber of Russia for the public examination of draft laws and other regulations, told about this on August 15.
"The interval between two breathalyzer purges has increased, previously it was 15-20 minutes, and from September 1 it will be 15-25 minutes," he said in an interview with TASS.
