A repeat auction for the renovation of the scientific library was announced in Lipetsk

The Lipetsk Regional Scientific Library has announced a re-search for a contractor to carry out major repairs in its building at Kuznechnaya 2. This is reported by GOROD48 with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction on the public procurement portal.

The Lipetsk Regional Scientific Library building is more than 60 years old, and it has never been renovated. In 2023, the renovation of the facade began, and, according to the new contract, repairs will now be carried out inside the building with the replacement of engineering communications.

The maximum value of the contract with the contractor will be 83.90 million rubles. It is assumed that the work will begin immediately after the signing of the document, and will be completed by December 1, 2025.

The GOROD48 publication clarifies that exactly the same amount was offered to contractors in the first auction, which was won by Technopark in the field of high Technologies Lipetsk IT Park LLC. The company significantly reduced the price and requested 70.4 million rubles for its work, but could not cope with them. The contract with her was terminated unilaterally.
