Biohacking expert Maria Molostvova said that the constant release of adrenaline can lead to a condition similar to drug addiction. According to her, initially the hormone gives energy and strength, but over time, addiction occurs, and a person ceases to feel peace, striving for higher and higher "doses" of adrenaline.

In conversation with RuNews24.ru On August 13, she noted that our ancestors' levels of this hormone increased only at critical moments, whereas in the modern world, full of stress and high demands, it has become a familiar background. This increases productivity and physical activity, but in the long run leads to burnout, premature aging of neurons, the risk of diseases including Alzheimer's and depression, as well as insomnia, anxiety, immune system failures, hypertension and even infertility.

Molostvova stressed that it is important to give the body rest to recover — limit the use of technology, practice deep breathing, replace coffee with herbal teas, spend evenings in quiet activities and relax in a warm bath. According to her, a state of rest is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially in conditions of a rapid pace of life.

On August 14, Valeria Litvintseva, in an interview with Izvestia, spoke about the phenomenon of happiness fatigue. According to her, this phenomenon, referred to in the professional environment as "stability discomfort syndrome," is characterized by a paradoxical reaction of the psyche to the absence of external stressors. So, if a person is used to living in constant tension, his brain begins to perceive calmness as something suspicious.

On the same day, therapist Ulyana Makhova said that regular yoga classes help to combat high blood pressure, and some asanas reduce the frequency of migraines. Regular yoga classes help to lower blood pressure, promote relaxation of the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, the Moscow City News Agency notes.

At the same time, Irina Krashkina, a psychotherapist, said that a cold shower helps to reduce stress and tension. According to her, 30-60 seconds is enough to activate the sympathetic nervous system. Breathing techniques and outdoor walks also help, according to 360.ru .
