The construction of the Nemchinovsky Lyceum building is almost completed in Odintsovo

In the Moscow region, the construction of a new academic building of the Nemchinovsky Lyceum, located in the village of Novoivanovskoye, Odintsovo city district, is being completed. The facility's readiness has exceeded 85%, the regional Ministry of the Construction Complex reported on Thursday, August 14.

Currently, work at the facility is underway in several shifts, involving more than 470 people. Builders are installing engineering systems and elevators, arranging facades and entrances, and carrying out finishing work.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, landscaping and planning of the adjacent territory are also underway. A physical culture and sports zone and recreation areas will be created on it, and children's play complexes will be installed.

The new building of the Nemchinovsky Lyceum is a four-storey building that will house 48 classes, including 10 specialized ones. The building also has its own dining room, library, auditorium, two gyms with changing rooms and showers, workshops, and a medical unit.

Overall, the building is more than 85% ready. The new lyceum building has a capacity of 950 places.

On August 1, it was reported that a new school, designed for 1,1 thousand places, was built in Odintsovo, near Moscow, on the territory of the Odingrad residential complex. Three separate educational blocks with a total area of over 13.5 thousand square meters are equipped with modern classrooms, facilities for music, sports and art, as well as a library with an information center, a medical unit, a dining room and play areas.
